Our client is a leading the blockchain revolution, democratizing finance through state-of-the-art decentralized solutions. Their specialty is developing cross-chain liquidity protocols, granting unprecedented access to a diverse range of assets and opportunities in the DeFi sector.

They are seeking a Strategic Product Manager with a deep understanding of DeFi and cross-chain protocols. The successful candidate will possess the ability to articulate product strategy, effectively communicate with clients and our technical team, and manage the lifecycle of the cross-chain DeFi protocol products. Responsibilities

  • Manage the strategic product roadmap for our cross-chain DeFi protocol, focusing on liquidity management across different blockchains.
  • Collaborate with the engineering team to design, launch, and enhance product features, ensuring optimal cross-chain liquidity.
  • Gather and analyze feedback from clients and users to drive product strategy and improve our cross-chain liquidity offerings.
  • Work cross-functionally with marketing, design, and other teams to coordinate product launches and guarantee successful implementation.
  • Understand the competitive landscape thoroughly and identify opportunities to distinguish our cross-chain liquidity solutions.
  • Articulate the value proposition of our cross-chain liquidity products to various stakeholders, both internal and external.
  • Base product decisions on data analysis and metrics, considering user experience and market trends.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field.
  • 3+ years of product management experience, preferably within blockchain, fintech, or related industries.
  • Solid comprehension of DeFi, blockchain technology, and cross-chain liquidity protocols.
  • Proven experience in managing all aspects of a successful product throughout its lifecycle.
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills with the ability to think creatively and overcome challenges.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and interpretation.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior experience working on DeFi projects or protocols, particularly those focusing on cross-chain liquidity.
  • Technical background or deep knowledge of blockchain technology is a plus.
  • Experience working with remote and globally distributed teams.
