Job Description

Our client a leading Web3 as a Service specialist, is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Frontend React Developer with GameFi experience to join our team. This role will primarily focus on building and executing projects, taking ownership of the frontend development process for our cutting-edge GameFi initiatives. As a remote position based in the European Time Zone, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional user experiences.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the frontend development process for GameFi projects, ensuring high-quality deliverables and timely execution.
  • Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and backend developers to translate project requirements into scalable frontend solutions.
  • Design and implement robust, scalable, and modular frontend architectures using React.js and related libraries.
  • Develop responsive and intuitive user interfaces that provide seamless interactions and outstanding user experiences.
  • Integrate and work with various crypto wallets, enabling seamless user interactions with blockchain and cryptocurrency functionalities.
  • Take ownership of the frontend codebase, ensuring adherence to best practices and maintaining high code quality.
  • Actively contribute to project planning, providing technical insights, estimates, and feasibility assessments for frontend implementation.
  • Collaborate with major brands and partners to deliver exceptional frontend experiences for high-profile projects.
  • Mentor and guide junior developers, promoting a culture of learning, collaboration, and innovation within the frontend team.
  • Stay updated on the latest advancements in frontend technologies, GameFi, Web3, and crypto wallets, and share knowledge with the team.
  • Collaborate with QA engineers to develop and execute frontend testing strategies, including unit tests and integration tests.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve frontend issues, identifying and implementing effective solutions in a timely manner.

Requirements

  • Extensive experience in frontend development using React.js, with a strong track record of executing and delivering complex projects.
  • Proficient in JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, and related web technologies, with a deep understanding of frontend development principles.
  • Strong experience and understanding of GameFi development, including blockchain technologies, NFTs, and decentralized finance (DeFi).
  • Familiarity with Web3 libraries and frameworks such as ethers.js, web3.js, or similar.
  • Solid understanding of RESTful APIs, asynchronous request handling, and state management libraries like Redux or MobX.
  • Experience in architecting and implementing scalable and maintainable frontend architectures.
  • Proven ability to take ownership of projects, drive results, and deliver high-quality work within established timelines.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to provide innovative solutions to complex technical challenges.
  • Experience working with various crypto wallets and integrating them into frontend applications.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Experience collaborating with major brands or partners, delivering frontend solutions for high-profile projects.
  • Self-motivated and proactive, with a passion for staying updated on emerging technologies and industry trends.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working with decentralized finance protocols, such as lending platforms or decentralized exchanges (DEX).
  • Familiarity with blockchain platforms like Ethereum, Polkadot, or Solana.
  • Knowledge of TypeScript and frontend testing frameworks (e.g., Jest, Enzyme).
  • Understanding of UI/UX design principles and experience collaborating closely with designers.
  • Contributions to open-source projects or personal projects in the GameFi or Web3 space.
