Gensyn is the hyperscale, cost-efficient compute protocol for the world’s deep learning models.

Contribute and maintain – build our novel substrate blockchain; implementing incentive games, smart contracts, and runtimes in production
Implement novel research – build out newly proposed mechanisms and cryptographic primitives to solve never-tackled-before problems
Follow best practices – build in the open with a keen focus on designing, testing, and documenting your code
Write & engage – contribute to technical reports/papers describing the system and discuss with the community

Deep understanding of protocol fundamentals – knowledge of the design and implementation of consensus and incentive mechanisms
Background in relevant theory – i.e. computer science, protocol design, algorithms, distributed systems, cryptography
Rust experience – strong experience with systems programming in Rust
Open source work – experience working with large open source codebases (ideally as maintainer)
