Head of Product – Cross Chain Integrator
Job Description
Our blockchain client has a solid core team that bootstrapped a client focused business and was cash flow positive very quickly with innovative products focused on the power of data.
With the recent the investment the team is now looking to build out a team to roll out a new suite of products that will work across chains and offer marker analytics, Money Flow, DEX Trading, DeFi & scientific research.
Responsibilities
- Develop product strategy and product definition and multi-year product roadmap
- Delve deep into datasets, build dashboards and design and accurately measure experiments.
- Capture, document, and communicate business and technical product requirements.
- Translate requirements into features and user stories. Drive technical team understanding of requirements.
- Work with key stakeholders in Marketing and Sales Team.
- Plan and conduct user testing.
- Establish KPIs, identify gaps, and improve performance and adoption of the platform.
- Leverage strong communication skills and a passion for using data and software to drive business decisions at scale
Requirements
- 4+ years of Product Management experience at a SaaS company, specially developer focused platform
- Experience leading product vision, go-to-market strategy, and design discussions
- Understanding of Blockchain in depth
- Integrated in Web3 Ecosystem
- Computer science background and solid technical understanding
- Basic knowledge of database concepts (data warehousing, SQL, ETL, APIs, and indexed blockchain DeFi data)
- Contribute meaningfully to technical conversations with engineering and distill complex ideas into simple experiences for our users.
- Data fluency. You deeply understand how your products work and know every step of the funnel.
- Product Intuition. You care deeply about getting the details right to ship a best-in-class product.
