Director of Customer Success

Job Description

We are currently seeking a Director of Customer Success for a global financial technology firm that enables businesses of all sizes to harness the power of digital currency and public blockchains for payments, commerce, and financial applications worldwide. The company’s platforms and products provide a suite of internet-native financial services for payments, treasury infrastructure, and capital formation.

As the Director of Customer Success, you will strategically drive the productivity, effectiveness, and scalability of our Customer Success efforts. You will work to localize the customer experience, migrate customers from US management, and onboard net new customers while building a regional team of CSMs. Your primary goal will be to achieve a high level of customer satisfaction, expanded product usage, and strong net retention.

To be successful in this role, you should have 12+ years of experience in a customer success, account management, or relationship management function, with 5+ years of people management experience at a high-growth B2B SaaS or Fintech organization. You should also have expertise in project and team management, as well as a drive to continuously learn, improve processes, and manage outcomes.
