Job Description

Albert Bow has just partnered with an extremely exciting and very well-funded Web3 DeFi Yield Aggregator who are on the lookout for an experienced Community & Partnerships Manager to join their Team.

This role is an extremely pivotal role within the organisation as you will be responsible for developing a structured community plan across major social platforms.

Responsibilities

  • Develop a structured and concise community plan, where you will be interacting daily with community members, hosting AMAs and managing the moderating team
  • Evaluate community strategy by setting clear success metrics
  • Use your existing network to continue building relationships with other communities
  • Finding new opportunities and develop partnerships roadmap

Requirements

  • Having a passion for the Web3/DeFi space with an up to date understanding of the market
  • Experience in managing and growing discord servers, Twitter accounts and other platforms
  • Self starter and independent player
