Business Development Representative

Job Description

Swing is a crypto liquidity infrastructure for web3 developers. They’re on a mission to build the fastest and easiest way for web3 developers to launch cross-chain decentralized applications.


  • Identify leading and innovative dApps across the spectrum of web3 verticals (DeFi, NFTs, gaming, etc.) conduct due diligence, and execute high-value strategic partnerships with start-ups that are considering developing on Swing’s technology
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of partnership integrations
  • Work closely with engineering to ensure any technical issues are resolved in a timely manner
  • Seek out new revenue opportunities, strategic partnerships, growing new and existing relationships
  • Establish relationships with leadership teams and founders worldwide and attempt to work with them to drive adoption of Swing for their customers / services
  • Define and lead new initiatives within the BD team to expand the reach of Swing
  • Communicate product updates with various accounts
  • Work with the CEO to align business development efforts with the organization’s overall focus. Loop in the marketing team on collaborations with ecosystem partners. Help shape Swing’s product strategy by collecting external feedback and relaying it to internal stakeholders.
  • Oversee the Swing cross-chain landscape to identify missing products, ways to connect composable features to build new products and thoughtfully build out the ecosystem
